Post-eclipse traffic has Kentucky highways at a standstill. WLKY cameraman Mark Lamperetta provided video of the traffic backed up as far as the eye can see.WLKY meteorologist Matt Milosevich and anchor Julie Dolan are also stuck in stand-still traffic about 15 miles west of Elizabethtown.
